The company was incorporated under the Companies Code 1963 (Act 179) on 7th June, 2013. The company is established to undertake petroleum warehousing, bunkering of ocean going vessels, bulk distribution of crude oil importation and re- exportation of crude oil and petroleum products, trading retail and marketing of petroleum products and renewable energy generation.
RENEWABLE ENERGY GENERATION
Kwamoka Energy has acquired provisional licenses from Energy Commission to generate and supply energy from renewable source specifically from solar and biomass source.
We are currently developing a hybrid project of waste to energy generation and solar at Oti Industrial area near Sokoban wood village in Kumasi.
